振動(dòng)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)分析系統(tǒng)是由NI采集盒、NI溫度、振動(dòng)采集卡和計(jì)算機(jī)等部分組成的虛擬儀器設(shè)備。其分析和顯示功能均通過labview軟件來實(shí)現(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)采集部分將被溫度或振動(dòng)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào)。數(shù)字信號(hào)處理NI采集盒部分對(duì)采集到的數(shù)字信號(hào)進(jìn)行調(diào)理,處理的結(jié)果通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口傳到計(jì)算機(jī)來顯示及保存,并通過打印機(jī)打印出來。本儀器系統(tǒng)融匯了電子技術(shù),數(shù)字信號(hào)處理,計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)水平。
與傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)量?jī)x器相比,BVM-300NI振動(dòng)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)分析系統(tǒng)具有如下的優(yōu)勢(shì):

高精度:24位AD精度,其動(dòng)態(tài)范圍達(dá)到了102dB;防混疊濾波器 4路同步采樣模擬輸入, ±5 V輸入范圍。
